Courtney Green is an independent partnership established in 1988 and run by two Directors, Nick Courtney and Steven Greenfield, both of whom are local and were born and educated in the Horsham area.

The established letting team is run by one of the Directors Nick Courtney and the Lettings Manager Jonathan Evans and consists of a front office team providing the day to day customer contact, these colleagues are; Julie Simmonds, Robert Knapp, Chris Spoard and Tracey Rooney and a key administration team consisting of: Yvette Hartley, Liz Craighead, Carrie Nicholls and Claire Baulch. The lettings team has many years experience in Letting and Property Management and look after over 450 properties in and around the Horsham area. We deal in all varieties of property from town centre studio flats to rural country houses and cottages, all Landlords have the benefit of dealing with a company who are a fully bonded member of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS).
